Exciting news! We've got TWO amazing ways for you to win big and support a great cause at the 2024 Apex Awards!

Can't make it to the event? No problem! You can still participate in our online raffle. Purchase electronic tickets from anywhere.

Silent Auction:

Bidding:

  1. Browse the Items: Take your time to explore all the amazing items up for bid.
  2. Find the Bid Sheet: Each item has a corresponding bid sheet.
  3. Enter Your Bid: Write your full name and your bid amount clearly on the sheet.
  4. Bid Higher: If someone outbids you, simply return and place a higher bid.
  5. Bidding Closes: The auction will end 15 minutes after the last presentation. Keep an eye on the time!

Checkout:

  1. Winning Bidders: Winning bidders will be announced.
  2. Proceed to Checkout: Head to the designated checkout area.
  3. Provide Your Name: Give your full name to the checkout attendant.
  4. Verify Winning Bid: The attendant will verify your winning bid and the item.
  5. Make Payment:
  6. Receive Receipt: A receipt for your purchase will be emailed.
  7. Collect Your Item: Pick up your item and enjoy!

Important Notes:

  • Bidding Etiquette: Please be respectful of other bidders and do not erase or alter bids.
  • Legible Writing: Please write your name and bid amount clearly to avoid any confusion.
  • All Sales are Final: Please be sure of your bid before placing it.
  • Item Responsibility: You are responsible for your items once you leave the checkout area.

How to Enter:

  • Purchase raffle tickets online through our RallyUp website. You do not need to attend the event to win!
  • If you prefer to pay by check, please attend the event to purchase tickets.

Drawing:

  • Winners will be electronically selected at 8:30 PM on November 14th, 2024.
  • Winners will be announced at the event and notified via email.

Prize Pickup:

  • Winners attending the event can pick up their prizes that night.
  • For winners not attending the event, prize pickup will be coordinated separately.

Ticket Sales:

  • Raffle tickets are available for purchase now.
  • Ticket sales end at 8:30 PM on November 14th, 2024.

Important Notes:

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
  • Must be 18 years or older to participate.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Proceeds will fund Foundation grants supporting STEM programs, economically disadvantaged students, career readiness, and student wellness.
